Haydn’s Creation

  • Tuesday, March 5, 2013 at 7:30 PM
    Merrill Auditorium

The Creation is one of the greatest masterpieces of choral writing. Inspired by Handel’s Messiah, the oratorio leads listeners from primal darkness and chaos, through the six days of Biblical creation, to the earthly paradise of the Garden of Eden.
