Tomorrow’s weather forecast calls for clear skies, drizzle, sleet, and snow! You can hear different kinds of weather in music – plucking violin strings might make you think of gentle rain while the deep sounds of the double bass may conjure up a thunderstorm! Did you know a composer named Vivaldi wrote music that sounds like the weather? Join the PSO string quintet as they demonstrate how different kinds of weather can be recreated in music.
The snow make-up date for the February Fryeburg concert that was canceled is April 5th with performances at 9:30am and 10:30am!
The following concerts are currently SOLD OUT:
March 1 at 9:30, Olin Arts Center, Lewiston
March 8 at 9:30, Dyer Library, Saco
