Education & Community

Lifelong Learning For Every Age

The power of music knows no bounds. We use it to express ourselves, process emotions, and relate to others. Our education programs use music to ignite the spark and inspire a continuing quest for knowledge. The path is open to everyone—with programs geared to foster deeper connections between students, families, the community, and the arts. Discover the full range of ways that the PSO bridges the home, classroom, concert hall, and other community venues to inspire musical learning everywhere.

Family Programs

No matter your age there is something to enjoy at the PSO! Our family programs are geared towards our younger patrons who might not be ready to sit through two hours of Beethoven, but can’t wait to join in for a holiday sing-a-long, or travel the world—meeting new instruments and animals along the way!
