Educational background: Crane School of Music, SUNY Potsdam; Boston University, School of Fine Arts

Began with the PSO: In 1985

Any non-musical hobbies? Running, running marathons, running around with my 8 year old, gardening, and drawing

What non-PSO musical activities do you participate in? Teaching applied trumpet at USM, member of Portland Brass, brass section of Musica Tricinia, perform with local music groups, churches, weddings, etc.

What is your favorite music? Anything good! Jazz, Bach, Brahms, piano works of Chopin and Debussy
